Personalised Clothing UK: 2014 was highly anticipated as it had some amazing events throughout the year. The long awaited World Cup took place as well as the Sochi Olympics, and neither disappointed. Not to forget that every year festivals just keep getting better and better. I know it is tough to have to narrow all of this years’ events down to the very best, so that is why we decided to take care of it for you!
The United Kingdom had a very busy year full of events culminating in the summer. For the first time ever, Le Tour was going to visit the north of England having only made an appearance in the capital and the south coast. The Commonwealth games were held in Glasgow, making it the first time in over a decade that is was held in the United Kingdom. The Ryder Cup made it to the legendary Gleneagles for the first time ever and the cup stayed in European hands. The Henley Regatta celebrated its 175th anniversary. Glastonbury was as great as always. In fact, shame on anyone who said they had nothing to do this summer as entertainment was provided everywhere. If only the lads could have won a game in the World Cup.
Since we work with many marketing and event agencies, we just about know that there are too many events in one calendar year than the average person can count. That means that most go unnoticed or they are easily forgotten. But that is not the case for our awesome team! We love events so much that we keep up to date to make sure we don’t miss any of the good ones. We have already have featured a couple of festivals and sport events on our #T-shirtTuesdays so it is not a surprise if some of them appear on this list. This list is mainly done to help reminisce the year and could prove to be helpful for those wanting to know what events not to miss next year!
