Sports T-shirts UK: If you’re one of those who perfectly knows what a burpee or a kettlebell swing is (and more importantly how to properly execute them in almost no time), or if you cook all your low-fat food for the week on Sunday evening while reading all these fitness and health blogs and magazines and, of course, are obsessed with uploading a bunch of pictures or videos of your daily workout to Instagram/Facebook/Vine/Twitter… If you can confess to any of these habits then yes, you’re one of them. You’re a the perfect member of the #FitFam.
I don’t have to tell you this since you already know it.
You probably couldn’t be prouder about it; that’s why you wouldn’t dare upload a picture without including the hashtag; you have to tell everybody the fact that you follow that #healthylife because you’re going to get that #summerbody or whatever your #dreamedbody is; you are a #fitpro (please notice that all these hashtags are highly used by the community). After all, what you do makes you feel amazing. You might even think you’re a better person for it. FitFam.
So where does the FitFam hashtag come from?
How this Fitfam Twitter movement began, and when, is a mystery.
Regardless, in the last 3-4 years it has grown and become popular, massive, inspiring more and more social media users to embrace health and fitness, by joining the family of FitFam.
According to one of the most important influencers on fitness, Gary Sethi, the trend is all about supporting and inspiring each other. It’s less “look at me I’m awesome” and more “I accomplished this and you can do it too”. That explains why half of the pictures that come from any Facebook group about the theme are like this one:
Whether it bothers or inspires you, nobody can deny the fact that this healthy social movement is gaining more and more devotees, and seems unstoppable. Have a look at Twitter or Instagram, check the hashtags; there are people sharing a huge amount of content all day, every day.
So, knowing that the London Triathlon is coming up this weekend, which is one of the favourite competitions among #fitfam members, we’ve decided to show you some of the best fitness t-shirts and vests. Hope you enjoy them! Work hard, wear harder!
