If you usually follow the Printsome Blog or any of our social media channels then you would know that we like to support projects that fight for causes creatively and passionately. This is how this charity came into our lives.
Some time ago we worked hand in hand with a reputable humanitarian project from the UK called Hestia, a group that works with vulnerable adults and children in crisis, to bring about positive changes in their lives at a time when they need it most.
Since then, we’ve kept in touch but nothing really happened until last week, when they reached out to us to let us know about their most recent and super exciting campaign.
Have you ever heard of NO MORE?
NO MORE aims to raise public awareness and engagement around ending domestic violence and sexual assault in the USA. Launched in March 2013 by a coalition of leading advocacy groups, including the U.S. Department of Justice, and major corporations, NO MORE is supported by thousands of individuals, organisations, universities, and communities who are using its blue symbol to increase visibility for domestic violence and sexual assault.
Even though NO MORE is a pretty big thing in the USA, it hasn’t been until now when they seriously decided to come over to the UK and run their first big campaign. And to do so, guess what, they partnered with our friends at Hestia and designed #UKSAYSNOMORE. A national campaign to raise awareness, both online and offline, to end domestic violence and sexual assault.
As part of the campaign, they’ve launched a couple of videos, called “No More Excuses” and “Attention”, to earn some visibility online. They encourage all of us to share them in our Social Media channels and join the cause. To do so, we can take the pledge and download the action tool kit.
If you want to find out more about the campaign, go visit their website. Any help is more than welcome.
Keep up the good work, guys!
